Heathly eating

To keep yourself healthy,you have to eat two serving of fruit and maximum three serving. However, there are unhealthy food that both adult and children like to eat.There are crackers like chicken ring, cheese ring and a lots more.It is important to keep oneself eating healthily so that one will not get sick easily.One such disease cause by eating too much unhealthy things is fever.The benefit of eating fruits and vegetables is that you will get fibers inside our body.I love to eat fruits and vegetables because not only they are filled with nutrients, they are also delicious as well.I support the school's campaigne in encouraging pupils in eating more fruits and vegetables because it is very healthy.
